A truly excellent analysis. This is right on the money, because Assyrians can't conceive of any "Christian" being their enemy. They get confused and never know how to define the variable when it's their friends and allies who commit the murder.
Could it be that after all these years, Assyrians still think of themselves as Brittain's SMALLEST ALLY?

I Can just imagine what some Assyrians must have thought when that beautiful girl, Majdolin, lost her two babies and her sight- As one woman said to me, "Well things happen in war time, she's just lucky she didn't die".

I'm sure Majdolin wanted to die the day she lost ALL of her children!
