...well before the "jihad" Hitchens claims the Muslim pirates declared against Christian sailors, came the Christian Slave Trade...you could say that American Christianity declared a jihad against the people, many of them probably Muslim, of the entire continent of Africa!

Christians started it, well before the 18th century.
