The Ottomans were notorious for diversity and very proud of it. There are many incidents in history where persecuted people came to live under the Ottomans because of their level of tolerance, protection and the overall stability of the empire. The remaining Jews who were kicked out of Spain, who didn't go to north Africa, went to live in eastern Europe under the Turks. The Ottomans were not the same as the Young Turks. I was browsing the net and found a website where Fred Aprim writes articles and from the very beginning of his genocide article, I know what route he was taking. His article and every article written by the nationalists, none of them historians, starts with "in 1915 Muslims Turks declared a holy jihad in the mame of Islam against the Christians in the empire" this is so far from truth that one can't help but to want to challenge them out of their hiding holes.

Not one time did the Young Turks ever use such terms. They hated Arabs and Muslims and Kemal Ataturk made that known. He was very open about his hatred for Islam. I know a few Kemalists on youtube and none of them are Muslims and I also knew many in Germany and none of them were Muslim. The idea that Islam was the reason for the Turks killing Christians is not true and the accusers never explain how the Turks were so tolerant for so many centuries and then suddenly in 1915, and during a time of war, they decide that those people of other faiths can no longer be tolerated. There had to be something that triggered it. There had to be a motive and there is no previous incident where the Ottomans were intolerant.

Had they wanted to wipe out other religions and if it were Islamic fueled, they could have wiped out almost every Christian and Jew. They had more than 700 years yet they didn't do it. It has already been proven that the alleged telegram from the Caliph was a fabrication by Christians. If they're willing to do anything, even lie and cheat, just to slam Turks with a genocide, then I can't trust them. No source from anyone who is purely prejudice and bigoted should be taken serious. That goes for all sides, whether the Turkish extremists or the Armenians and others.

Another part that is being totally ignored here is how western nations had ganged up against the Turks, they even managed to get the camel fuckers in Saudi Arabia(the Wahabbis) to revolt and help overthrow the Ottomans. Kemal Ataturk is believed to have been an agent of the British and that's very possible. It is indeed a tragedy what happen in 1915. My great grandfather was executed by the Turks during that time and many were killed. But what about the many thousands of Turks, Azeris and Kurds who were killed? Why are they not mentioned or cried for by these "sincere" Christians? The gang of Christians were killing Turkish and Kurdish women. Thousands of Azeri peasants were slaughtered by the Armenian and Assyrian troops. My own grandfather used to cry while listening to Turkish music and would tell us how he still had nightmares of stabbing pregnant Turkish women and pulling out their unborn out of their wombs and slamming them on the ground. These were Christians who were doing these things but nobody seems to care about that.

The only time Christian lives are sacred is when they are killed by Muslims. The many more Christians who were killed by other Christians are not mentioned. The George Bush bombing of that Christian school in Baghdad was not a tragedy. Those hundreds of children who were slaughtered during that event are not on the Fred Aprim martyr list. I see where this is going and I have evidence to prove the contrary. I posted in the past and I will repost later. If every tragedy or war is a genocide, then Christians have committed even more just in recent years with Iraq, Afghanistan, Libya, etc.
