Hitler, a White male who killed millions of people, is simply called crazy and his religion is never mentioned. If he were a Muslim, Christians along with Hitchens, Harris, Murray, etc would all mention Islam as the key reason for his behavior. There is no such thing as "crazy" when it comes to Muslims but White people who kill, and they do far more than others, are just crazy or need help. I don't understand this logic at all but I do know that racism, bigotry and hatred has a lot to do with it.
