...that same juror, the one that came to her senses and backed out of the book deal had also described during questioning the public protest to Zimmerman's not being arrested as a "riot". There was no riot...just as there wasn't one after. She showed her prejudice right there and should have been disqualified.

I was impressed with most of what the prosecutors did...but they failed badly in key moments...I have a feeling they were overwhelmed, internally, at what they saw and had to do.

Never mind the fucking dummy...they should have had a person wear Zimmerman's gun and holster in exactly the way he demonstrated, had another person get on that person in the position and attitude that Zimmerman said Trayvon did, and then ask the jury how Martin could have "seen" the gun, in its holster, on that dark night, with the rain, and black, as the gun and holster were....or how he, Zimmerman, could possibly have gotten it out of his holster, as it was at his back and not at his side as his lawyer cleverly demonstrated. How?

What happened is that Martin, after realizing Zimmerman was the whimp everyone in court said he was, and after a few shots to his head, started to get off of him and THEN Zimmerman got his gun out and shot him, knowing enough about the Law that he could plausibly, with his crimminal heart, claim self-defense....but only with Trayvon dead.....which is also why he never tried to help him or get an ambulance...just watched him die.

Zimmerman didn;t save his own life that night...he ended Martin's, but his own died another kind of death. The Right that embraces him now doesn't do it with any love or compassion, they don;t know what those words mean, as Zimmerman didn't...it is the people who weep for Trayvon who have love and justice in their hearts...Zimmerman will be haunted all his life...and after he loses the civil suit coming, he won't be able to cash in on any book deals either.

He will go down in history, if at all, as the villain in the piece while Trayvon might just become a turning point and beacon for the time when Uncle Toms realized that their own kids are not safe...plus other benefits.
