It seems like you take the words of the media as facts while everything else is just false or conjecture. What evidence and videos? You mean those cheap videos are evidence? The first judge was removed from the Saddam trial so if there was so much evidence he wouldn't need to be fired. As for the graves, how you know Saddam killed them? They dug up graves of dead Iraqi soldiers from Iran war and you accept that as facts. It is common for people to step up and exaggerate when a leader has been killed. I have a friend who burned himself playing with fire when he was a kid. Every iraqi knows that yet he told local news that Saddam did it to him and he was expecting money out of it. As for the story of peaceful demonstrators demanding higher wages, I don't know how true that is or what really happened. I rather believe someone who is neutral and not someone who has an agenda. We were also told Saddam had wmd and was behind 9/11 and that too turned out a lie, and at least the media admitted that. Why didn't Iraqi govt approve of permanent bases you ask? You think Maliki is suicidal? He is already shaky and that be plain stupid if he had done so. I also disagree with your opinion that Iraq will boom in 2 years. It will take years for Iraq to even reach where they were in the 80s.
