..a part of any operation briefing has to be plan for plausible deniability, if anything goes wrong....just has to be. Hell, the exercise might even be a deliberate fuck-up...just to see how the "accident" is explained away...there is no end to the possibilities when being sneaky is your profession.

,...and it is never our fault that we see conspiracies...because the entire CIA is ABOUT conspiracies...so whose fault is it that we suspect them of secret conspiracies..after all they ARE secretive and they DO conspire....it isn't our fault that we don;t the actual details, since they are the ones conspire in SECRET...we have to guess.
