And those Ron Paul boys would like us to believe that it would be much better if there was no regulating at all. They always say "more freedom, less govt and regulation" but in reality it would mean worse for the regular and better for the wealthy investor. If these Tea baggers had it their way, there wouldn't be any kind of law which protects workers or gives them some kind of advantage(not that we have any anyways). There would be no 8 hour work shifts but however much the bosses say, and no breaks every 2 hours but whenever the boss says so. No minimum wage but "negotiable" as they say which means whatever he wants to offer.

I also laugh when they say that what we have isn't real capitalism but fake and bad. As if there is a good one and bad one. No Capitalism is good and what we have now is how it has always worked in history. A few wealthy investors and a majority peasant population. This is how capitalism works. I remember Michael More finding himself in the hot seat and some were accusing him of being socialist. So he distant himself and said that he loves the way capitalism used to be. I wonder if he was serious about that. He can't mean like in the past when people were even worse off in America. The only reason western European nations are somewhat decent is because they have a lot of socialism. That's why they have a higher standard of living than Americans do. People always say how America is the richest country but what they don't say is that it is also the poorest. i never knew it was possible to be rich and poor simultaneously but US is exactly that. It may be the richest but the standard of living is bad and it has many poor.

One of the better guys I work with was telling me how he thought about what I be saying at work and he is now convinced that our media, schools etc lie to us. He said he works his ass off and can't even go nowhere other than work because he has little gas in the tank. He says he has no money and is living in his aunt's basement or else he be on the streets. He turns on the TV and hears some politician say how we are the freest nation, rich and everyone jealous of us, but here he is and everyone he knows are poor and miserable. He said viagra commercials come on and other American bullshit while he can't even afford gas. That's the reality of capitalism and we definitely don't need less regulation. We need more restrictions like in western Europe were these huge industries are required to give anywhere from 4-6 weeks paid vacation, annual bonuses, decent wages and more. They would hate it here but it should be like that. that's why capitalists love America, not because it's rich but because it's poor and can get away with their injustice. Over the last 3 months, I have probably sold several million dollars worth of mulch and other products, yet I barely get a thank you during their silly company meetings.

The same old faces get all the awards because of dick sucking and being buddy buddy with the "right" people. Hard and sincere work isn't appreciated. This one asshole got his 5th award in 3 months now and all he did was do his job and we all do that. He stopped and helped a customer in a different department so he gets an award for that. I do that shit all the time and almost everyday and can't even get a handshake from the manager. Capitalism is definitely evil and was never good.
