I haven't a religious bone in my body...I've never wondered about god...never asked where I came from or where I'm going...I admit that there is a great mystery surrounding reality, but I refuse to, in the next breath, try to explain it and rob it of mystery...I couldn't figure out calculus or balance a checkbook...I'm not about to figure out the mystery of the universe...or be vain enough to think I can...and I sure as shit am not going to accept anyone else's attempt.

I can live with mystery just fine...what I can't abide is tomfoolery....especially when dressed up as deep wisdom.
