I'm for women's rights, LGBT rights, minorities' rights, animal and nature rights. Men have not only fucked other humans out of a decent life, but they're practically taking down the planet as we speak. How many people have died in Eastern Europe just this last week because of global warming? I'm not saying a woman would be any different or more humane (Golda Meir, Madeline Albright and Hillary Clinton all have blood under their manucured finger nails). But that's perhaps because they're playing a man's part in what's historically always been a man's game. The whole partriarchal paradigm must shift. Aggression must be subdued by beauty. But then again does beauty incite aggression as in desiring to rape and possess a beautiful woman? I don't know.. When I think of aggression being subdued by beauty, I'm reminded of the young, courageous revolutionay women in Iran who walked up to soldiers and placed flowers in the barrels of their machine guns. Possibly the same soldiers who in the previous weeks had indiscirminately shot and murdered un-armed demonstrators (women and children) in Jaleh Square, Tehran.
