that part which might be cash..but I think very little cash actually gets sent...most if not all of it is in the form of supplies, materiel, "things", all of which are purchased from American companies.

The billions spent "for Iraq" only reached Iraq after buying stuff and paying American corporations...an obscene sort of state welfare predicated on murdering people or oppressing them elsewhere.
