Yes, I agree, Hitchens has excellent debating skills, a quick mind, witty and biting rebuttals, and an enormous storage of knowledge. Gore Vidal was about to make him his intellectual heir... until he became Bush's heir. I still watch Hitchens' debates and enjoy them enormously. But my favorite debate is still Galloway vs Hitchens: An Irish working class (Galloway) who never went to university against an Englishman (Hitchens) from Oxford and part of the middle upper class. What an ass whoopin' Hitchens took... and yes he acted like a bully against the audience each time Galloway used mental Taekwon-Do against Hitchens' "Hitchslap". GReat stuff!!
