I don´t think you were ever going to respond except as you did...I "threw you off"? My goodness, how easily you people get thrown. Had you been interested in your own question you would have found your answer right there in what I wrote...In contrast to you I never get thrown off...but manage to stick to the point, always.

You asked, and got a complete answer...had you been able to think of anything intelligent to say in response, you would have been pleased to do it.

Normal people don´t get "thrown off" but manage to stick to the point...try it.
