the law is flawed but that's because the people who thought it was necessary are flawed...they hate affirmative action, they think the Constitution gave them a black president....what was the pressing need for this law? No one has ever said why it was necessary...in each of these cases whites THOUGHT Black was a threat...but he wasn't...so, what was the need for this law?

If anything Black kids should be ARMED!
