I think the administration knows revulsion is going to set and more calls for war crimes and crimes against humanity once this flush of jingoism fades and journalists start investigating and books are written.

This is the lowest point of many low points for the United States...it acted the part of a thug nation and apparently is eager for more.....just remember that at the end it turned out Hitler was the worst enemy the German people had, except for themselves....we are our own best enemies...no one ever dreamed of harming us the way we have harmed ourselves...just look at what we've done to our economy on top of everything else.
