-- The cold-bold truth about capitalism is that it's an economic system that needs to grow and expand. By 1970's, the golden age of U.S capitalism went beyond yonder in its expansion. So the next trick was the issuance of credit to buy and consume. And now we, the old and the young, are ass-deep in debt. As the Marxist economics professor, Richard Wolff plainly states, the moneyed people are done with the the U.S. They are busy shifting and sending their wealth to East Asia and where ever else there's cheap labor to make more profits. No new industries will be built or returned to the U.S., and as Wolff simply puts it, the capitalists have left, are gone, and in their trail they leave behind mass destruction and collapse, like Detroit... because our economy is "a mature economy" meaning, no more growth. No more growth spells out the coming disaster which we all must face, one way or another.
