...letīs all at least pretend, if we canīt be real. That seems to sum up the "liberal" reaction to the Right, as a general rule, as well as the response to the Arizona terrorist attack...after all, had the shooter been Muslim you know it would have been called that.

Nice people always lose in the face of determined un-nice people. They may win in the long run, but their squishyness is going to cost them until then.

People, political commentators and supposed liberal politicians have been at pains to excuse Palin and her crowd because no evidence has been found to directly link the terrorist attack with anything they may have said...that shouldnīt be surprising since no one bothered with any link, direct or otherwise between 9/11 and Iraq...but we attacked anyway.

Okay, so thereīs no direct link...but surely the attempt is being made to incite. You donīt have to succeed at causing a panic by yelling "fire" in a crowded theatre...you just have to make the attempt and youīll be censured for it....if you yell "fire" at elected officials only they DO get fired upon, surely the inference can be drawn that you yelled FIRE because you wanted FIRE...and not cheesecake.

Palin, Angle and others have been calling for gun violence as a way to solve political cultural "problems"...and when it happens everyone, including liberals and those targeted are quick to say there is no EVIDENCE of a direct link...anyone ever hear of circumstantial evidence?

Do liberals think the terrorist Right will like them better, will finally be impresed at their superiority if they are seen behaving so magnanimously, in ways we know none of THEM would respond? Is Obama still hoping to "bring us together"? the reality is that no nation, no people, no religion, is UNITED....people are prone to divide, to stand aside and apart...itīs human nature, to be expected...that isnīt the issue. Why do we have two parties? Why donīt we all join one? Well, truth is we have only one party, itīs just not unified and why should it be?

The issue is should you be allowed to yell FIRE in a crowded political arena so long as no one stampedes for the exit..or for their guns? Do we have to wait till the tragedy strikes before doing something? It is wrong to incite a riot...doesnīt mean a riot has to ensure..it means youīre wrong for TRYING to bring one about.

The Left could have, should have, hit hard at Palin and the rest of them instead of adopting this mushy even-handedness...they again played right into their hands, as they never fail to do. Itīs almost as if the Left was the Rightīs enabler. The Right has no problem calling for guns instead of ballots...the Left is as equally determined not to ruffle the feathers of the Right, even while the Right is taking aim at their furry behinds.

Mush isnīt enough in the face of what the Right is dishing up for America...
