Assyrians as people are not immune or immunized against any natural, imposed or inherited diseases or ailments that have or will inflect our siblings from time to time. It is quite natural for the Parents and immediate members of the family to suffer the most, knowing that they have no means or capability to find a remedy or cure for their besieged child and it is quite natural for them to seek and beg for help from their immediate family “The Assyrian Family”. May Ashuriel spare our people and all Assyrians from the agony of such traumas and may Ashuriel heal the wounds of those that have been affected.
No doubt all Assyrians are now well aware of the ill-timed sickness of our, yes our beloved Assyrian child Matte Shimmon and the circumstances that his Parents have faced. For those that are not yet aware just visit his face book or visit “Nohadra Radio.com” and open the link and read all messages of well-wishing and positive contributions and support to help in a very delicate operation of “Bone Marrow Transplant” that could save the life of one new born Assyrian.
I avail myself of this opportunity to thank my friend Shamasha David for his broad interview with the brother of an Assyrian Martyr who has fostered Child Matte and is supplicating the Assyrian people to donate to save. So please skip your S.B, Mccafe, or G.J Coffee today only and donate that money and show your generosity towards our Son aziza Matte
It is so sad to know that donations are to be individually catered for and not collectively.Having said all that I would however emphasize and stress upon the importance of creating (today) not tomorrow an organization that can have sufficient funds contributed by registered Assyrians who are willing to donate (say $5 a month) to come to the rescue and not to face the utter disappointment and disgust of being rejected because lack of funds. Our organizations are spending thousands of dollars on monuments to honor our past but refuse to revive the present. Listen to Nohadra Radio, plea of sadness of our brother Ashor “Zahrira” Hormiz and you will understand our sad dilemma.

...I'll gladly donate any number of my Assyrian sculptures you find buyers for...all you have to do is pay the foundry costs, the rest is yours....over $100,000 was raised from auctioning these sculptures to help the AID Society of Iraq....these pieces have sold for thousands of dollars and you can have all of it....if I knew how to contact you directly I would...and if Maggie would open her forum I would post this there.
