The new proposed law in Arizona which disguises itself as a religious freedom issue is now even being trashed by those who voted for it...seems the real religion in America is money and businesses are worried that a Gay backlash could cost the state religion, I mean money.

The idea is that if your religion doesn't like Gays, you can refuse to serve them....a person;s religion may certainly tell them what is right and wrong, for members of that religion...but what does that have to do with approving of other people's choices? My religion says it hates homosexuality...okay...I don;t have to become GAY! But how does that give me a right to discriminate against others? Whose religion tells him that he must NOT serve people whose religion, or lifestyle, he and his religion don;t like?

This is what Christians have done with religion: it isn't enough for them that they are free to believe any damn thing they want...no, "religious freedom", to them, means being free to discriminate and hate people of OTHER religions...to bend them or force them or discriminate against them as they please....

Religion in America is safe...what isn't safe is the REST of us....FROM religion!
