....the thing that puzzled me about him is why he turned himself in...with all that money and a head start, why didn;t he get cosmetic surgery, stash cash somewhere and disappear? It's not like the judge would have reduced his sentence by 100 years for coming forward....but, I should have known...it seems he was also ripping off Russian thugs and mob bosses in Eastern Europe...and they would have found him somehow...so I guess he did it for protection, though I don;t know what kind of life is worth protecting in prison.....besides which they could get to him on the inside...so I'm still not convinced.
