...as you peepil are always telling each other...have you lost your job? Did you have one? Did you recently get divorced or has your lady friend left you....how is it that you have so much time to waste?

>Everything is always "seemingly" clear AFTER the fact... Still, the fact remains that you CANNOT break the laws of the land and expect to get away with it.

...thatīs odd...I was just saying that same thing in relation to the Armenian uprising against the Turks...or the assyrian rebellion under Agha Poutrous...or the illegal crossing of borders, armed no less, by assyrians in Iraq which led to the Semele killings....you certainly have come a long way since we started for now you agree that assyrians simply CANNOT break sedition and treason laws when they feel like it...no matter WHAT their reason...letīs hope they, like you, realize this before they do it too many more times.

People living in Australia should realize that they are bound by laws that are DIFFERENT from the laws of Iraq, Syria, or any other mid-east country. So, if you decide to be ignorant of this fact, prepare to pay for the consequences.

...George Washington broke several laws, but he got away with it, so did Bush...it isnīt the crime so much as not getting caught.

>As for KSE, it is a fact that many highly successful business people, non-Assyrians too, who have never conferred with or heard of Suzy David or Mar Meelis, fell for it too. So it is obvious that the claim that "influential" Assyrians didn't ask hard enough questions has no relevance here.

...it isnīt obvious at all...it is secondary perhaps, but still highly relevant....because it was the ASSYRIAN shills who sold the ASSYRIAN suckers...and not "others". Froggy knew what he was doing when he tapped priests and ol Suzy Q to be his frontmen...an assyrian soda jerk would not have had the same influence.

>Those who made a mistake and were fooled to invest their life savings won't need to be careful of priests and lawyers in the future. Their painful experience would deter them from investing in anything again, even if there are no risks involved.

>What is also important to know is that a right to APPEAL against a court's ruling does actually exist in Australia. So, the question is, why wasn't that done?

...why bother? I was sued by an assyrian woman for defamation etc. and never bothered to read the complaint when it was delivered to me...neither did I show up to court on the date required...of course I lost and was ordered to pay $130,000.00 in damages...I ignored that too...only one of the advantages of being a poor artist. Then she did again only this time for two million...and she sued our pal Jeffrey for the same amount...but this time I was feeling frisky and wanted some fun...this time it was worth my while...so I represented myself...went the distance to attend all the preliminary hearings, even though I was living in Mexico at the time....because I knew she would drop the case before ever she allowed herself to take the stand with me doing the questioning...and sure enough, she dropped it. You can have a lot of fun playing these games...but you gotta change the rules to suit yourself first...why not? The government does it.

>What seems difficult for people to know is that what motivates people to do what they do is always the same, and it is very natural. Which is BIAS and Prejudice. So, motivated by our bias and prejudice, we find "reasons" to play them out. We think we are doing others service and enlightening them, but in fact, we are only blinded by our bias and prejudice to the point where everything seems "perfect" to us, and a necessary thing to do. But, fortunately, there is a decider in such free countries like Australia: THE LAW. So, if you are willing to follow through with what your bias and prejudice motivates you to do, be prepared for what you never expect

...we had a "Decider" too...Bush. You sound a lot like him...a bit prissy...slightly uptight...with your arse cheeks no doubt glued together...relax...enjoy life...tweaking the bossmanīs nose is a great tradition in free countries

...always be prepared...that was my motto whenever I met a girl scout. What bias and prejudice are you referring to? can you never COMPLETE a thought?

...go be productive and stop wasting your time here....it will only get you in trouble.
