..it isn`t just Aprim. Logic is one more concept these fellows have no notion of...except as it is defined in their own dictionaries. In fact all of our nationalists are steeped in religion...their manner of "reasoning" is all tainted by their religious upbringing...regardless of whether or not they adhere to the actual teachings any longer...their mind has been set in that cement.

This is what logic means to them; They explain to you their beliefs...and if you accept, then you are being "logical"...because they had to accept these teachings that way, or else. If you question...even if you raise valid and honest questions and doubts or, even worse, if you bring actual facts in opposition, then you are being "illogical"...because you refuse to accept on their say-so...on what they think of as "evidence" and "proof".

For instance, it should be clearly illogical to expect the world to give a shit for the plight of Assyrians. The world has no trouble turning a blind eye to the plight of Iraqi children being killed today and under its nose...why on earth, or on what evidence, does anyone think the world will care for what happened in Semele 80 years ago? If the world can ignore 750,000 murdered CHILDREN...how can it be expected to care about a mere 3000...and not all children?

Or, how can Assyrian nationalists make the argument that "their original lands must be returned to them"...when most of them are presently living on the stolen lands of other original inhabitants...such as in America, Europe and Australia? How does that work? Which Assyrian sees the justice in returning his suburban home to the Native Americans? is there one? Of course not...so what`s this bullshit of a "national policy" that screams for "justice" and the "return of our land"?

Where is there logic in this Assyria?
