...I've gotten to the point where I can't stand Hitchens either...I watched his debate with Galloway one too many times...his performance there is embarrassing, to him...such silly tricks, such attempts to shame the audience when he couldn't win them over...even to warning them a few times that they were being filmed and that their parents and friends might see them booing him..like that's a sacrilege.

It is painful to watch and it's all I can think of when I see him elsewhere, behaving himself....he really has screwed his legacy...no one in the world hardly believes that war was necessary or a good idea, or that any good came from it, except Hitchens...of all absurdities. Why did he do it? It's so puzzling. Did he really believe all those things he was saying?

Anyway, enough of that....and then I saw a clip of Galloway responding to a question about Hitchen's death...he said his religion forbade him from speaking ill of the recently dead and that now that Hitchens was dead he would see that God IS great and also merciful.

I say WHAT?

Galloway is religious? And Hitchens, who decimate religion so brilliantly, ended up a fucking neo-con? Truly; what a thing is man...Galloway sees through all the cant and political rot, but buys religion, and Hitchens, just the opposite......I have the headache.
